Doctors are good. But the fees are out of control. Charging specialist rates to see a GP. It's getting really tough. I was under thr impression I was going to get a bulk billed appointment for a results review, but was charged almost $100. There was then an issue with accessing my medicare rebate on their card reader, which I now have to wait up to 5 working days for. Only to be met with 'it's not our problem' when I was pretty visibly upset. Not what you need during these times. I think I will be looking elsewhere unfortunately.

Excellent facilities and customer service. We were visiting a new GP for our newborn and found Dr Sum to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Amazing service and Dr Hamer is absolutely wonderful. Friendly staff and a gentle and caring nurse who vaccinated my two children.
